How many people can I host at a private party?

The Grand has space for up to 350 guests at one event. For exclusive use as standard, private parties and events must have more than 150 invitees. For exclusive use for weddings, our packages start from 60 guests.

Is there accommodation available at The Grand?

While The Grand has no rooms on site, we are pleased to offer guests accommodation at the nearby Ennios Boutique Hotel based on availability. If you have many guests travelling to your party, our central location makes it easy to find accommodation close by.

Can I book Rubys and The Grand itself for one event?

Absolutely! Why not host a daytime event at The Grand, then party the night away at Rubys. Alternatively, Rubys itself can be a great venue for corporate events and meetings.

Is The Grand and Rubys available for hire at the weekend?

Yes! both venues can be hired any day of the week, including during the day and night. Weekends are popular dates, however, and we tend to get booked in advance. If there’s a particular date you are looking for, check with the team early to secure your booking.

Can I serve food and drink at my private party?

It’s not a party without delicious refreshments! Keep conversation flowing over grazing boards or afternoon tea, and make sure guests stay hydrated with tea, coffee, and our full bar service. For more information about our menus, talk to our team.

Yes, on-site parking is subject to availability and public car parks are also close by. The Grand and Rubys is easily accessible for every one of your invitees
